Payments

Fees for services will be outlined in a separate production agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required to secure production dates. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice and are subject to the payment terms stated therein.

Liability

In no event shall Anthony Cabrera Reno or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website or during the execution of services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to cinematic frames, video clips, and narrative text, is the property of Anthony Cabrera Reno unless otherwise noted. Clients retain rights to their specific project deliverables as defined in their respective service contracts.

Anthony Cabrera Reno Legal Suite

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Anthony Cabrera Reno (“Creator”) governing the purchase and use of the ACR Production Legal Suite — 2026 Edition (“Legal Suite”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using any part of the Legal Suite, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, the Creator grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Legal Suite for your own professional productions.

Permitted use includes, but is not limited to:
Film and narrative productions
Commercial and advertising projects
Digital, online, and social media content creation
Live events, including weddings, quinceañeras, ceremonies, celebrations, corporate events, and performances
Portfolio and self-promotion use

This Agreement grants a license to use, not ownership.

2. Authorized Use

You may edit and customize the forms for your own projects.
You may use the forms in client productions where you are hired or acting as the producer or creator.
You may print and execute the documents as needed.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Legal Suite or any individual form.
You may not provide editable versions of the documents to third parties.
You may not upload the documents to public or shared repositories.
You may not rebrand, white-label, or claim ownership of the templates.
You may not use the Legal Suite to create competing legal templates, products, or services.

4. No Legal Advice

The Legal Suite is provided for educational, organizational, and practical production use only.

The Creator is not an attorney, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

You are responsible for determining whether the documents are appropriate for your jurisdiction, project, or situation.

5. Jurisdiction and Suitability Disclaimer

The Legal Suite includes templates designed for general professional production use. Some documents may not be suitable for all jurisdictions, high-risk productions, complex business arrangements, or international legal requirements.

Consult a licensed attorney when appropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Creator shall not be liable for any disputes, claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from use of the Legal Suite, improper execution or modification of the documents, or legal outcomes related to your productions or business activities.

Use of the Legal Suite is entirely at your own risk.

7. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you violate any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Legal Suite and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Updates and Versions

Your purchase grants access to the 2026 Edition only. Future editions or updates are not included unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Creator regarding use of the Legal Suite and supersedes all prior discussions or representations.
